Route / Leg hard to see

The route/leg width seems to vary with the zoom level and on screens with higher resolution (800X480) the current leg at lowish zoom level is quite hard to see. Just like the plane icon, what about being able to choose colour, widt and "selected" fill colour?

Just a thought .. I realise you can also use the bug.

I can't see us adding another option for this, unless it becomes clear there is widespead dissatisfaction with the current route leg width.
